In the pinned comment of last week's video, I promised that this week there'd be an unedited GoPro shot down the aerial ropeway, and I wasn't lying!

This week, I've been enjoying a lot of videos on YouTube that take you behind-the-scenes. Partly about video productions, but partly about the real world:

The Superbowl 2016 half-time show from the production gallery: the AD handles the live shot timing with mesmerising precision: and the Formation/Uptown Funk mashup is just joyful to watch. Also good: the 2013 Tony Awards. And a complete disaster (with strong profanity and some abuse): the 1977 Eurovision Song Contest.
The creating Saturday Night Live series is worth a watch. This video about the film unit starts slowly, but by the end it's an incredible set of stories about people working up right to the last second.
ThePoolGuy runs a waterpark, and takes you along on his maintenance and testing walks.

Away from YouTube, here's some other online things I've found interesting:

An e-cigarette manufacturer bought an entire issue of a scientific journal and filled it with authors on its payroll.
"After the bees turned red, Arthur Mondella’s cherry empire revealed its secrets."
America's 'smart city' didn't get much smarter. It's not surprising, but it's a good rundown of why initiatives like this often fail.
The Print Shop Club is an online, emulated version of the famous Apple II Print Shop, with has somehow been hacked with an in-browser printer driver that outputs to PDF. Depending on when you first used a computer, this'll likely either give you an enormous nostalgia hit or do absolutely nothing for you.
And finally, what I can only describe as a cursed map. It's terrible and I love it. I keep finding more and more little details.
