Time begins to count down when recipient views evidence, or after 48 hours, whichever is sooner.
Step 3: Upload evidence

This will be emailed to the recipient along with the evidence

Step 4: Submit

Those are all the details we need. You'll be given a secret URL and password in the next step, which will be the only way to identify yourself to us.

If the victim chooses to pay, we'll ask for your PayPal or numbered Swiss account details then.
